It is well known that the TMSA is actively performing its responsibility in the matters that are directly related to the society. One of the major efforts of this organization towards this approach is organizing the programs for developing the feeling of leadership among the youths and the students of various schools and colleges. It has conducted seminars and meetings in the colleges and social clubs to help build leadership abilities which promote the self-esteem of the youths which is a matter of pride for this organization. Also, the organization is engaged in volunteering activities in the various programs having the maximum possibility of being crowding to help the organizers in managing the programs.
